Upstate locals Dave Deeb and Sandi Shook share their memories of The Palace Diner, a beloved Troy institution from the 1940's through the 70's. The diner was demolished in 1977 to make way for the Hoosick Street Bridge, which fragmented one of Troy's liveliest neighborhoods.
