No criminal charges will be filed against two police officers involved in fatal shootings.
Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx announced her office will not file criminal charges against the police officers who killed Adam Toledo and Anthony Alvarez last year. Foxx says her office considered first and second-degree murder charges against Officer Eric Stillman in Toledo's death, and for Officer Evan Solano in Alvarez's death.
